A special "Thank You" goes out to Mrs. and Mrs. Gordan and Joan Terry for providing the district with American flags for our Flag Day celebration. Flags were provided to all students in grades PrK-4. Students attended a Flag Day assembly with information about Flag Day presented by our 4th grade students and teachers, Mrs. Kaitlyn Phillips and Mrs. Lindsey Clark.
Following the assembly all students placed their flag in the front lawn of the school. The flags will remain there until Friday, June 16th, after which time time each student will be able to take their flag home.

This Sunday at 10:30 come out and support the Edmeston Senior Class 2023! We still have openings for anyone 10yrs and older still in school to compete in a Bench and Deadlift competition. Many medals and prizes will be given! Who will come out on top at the end of the day? Weigh in begins at 9am. Not a lifter, come cheer them on and watch 4-time Arnold Champions and Olympia champs Rich and Keith show you some heavy lifts! Can you guess their lifts?? The Busy Bee mobile café and All the Perks will be on site too!
On June 10 and 11, enjoy a walk through the General Jacob Morris State Forest and take a peek at over 50 art pieces from our ECS CROP kids!

Girls Varsity Softball - The game vs. Laurens/Milford will be played at the Cooperstown All-Star Village in West Oneonta. We will be on the turf field on the left-hand side of the road going down the hill. Field number 36, Yankee field, and parents should park in lot D. Start time will be 4:30.
Track and Field - the Tri-Valley track meet at GMU is postponed today due to the weather.
Congratulations to the 7-12 Choir on an excellent rating and taking 2nd place at the Music in the Parks Festival at Hershey Park this weekend! Students performed for adjudicators at Palmyra Middle School before heading to Hershey Park for a day of roller coasters and fun! At the end of the day, students attended their awards ceremony at Hershey Park Arena! Way to go! You make us so proud! A special thank you to all of the chaperones and ECS Staff that helped make this trip such a success!

🚍Late Bus Reminder 🚍
Just a quick reminder that all students in grades 7-12 have access to the 4 o’clock Late Bus for Transportation home from Afterschool Activities. We ask that your children make every effort to sign up by noon, but will not be denied transportation in the event that they miss the deadline. It is your child(ren)’s responsibility to be on time to catch the bus. Thank you!
